Wala man lang update at di alam kung saan icocontact its been 11 days already wala parin dito

I was able to contact the delivery rider through phone call and text and informed that I have my payment left at the guard house but upon checking, my parcel was returned at sibulan hub, then returned to bacolod hub. I already understood that due to typhoon, delivery will be detailed, but not in this inappropriate manner. poor service.
