Received by the hub on June 18 and supposed to be delivered yesterday but until now there’s no movement or progress. I even went to their hub but they have no pick up policy yet they don’t deliver the parcel on time. Makabusit!

Ano ba yan, dalawang linggo na yong order ko di nyo parin deniliver? Ayusin nyo naman yong serbisyo nyo. Inyo man gi tan ugan ang parcel sa inyong warehouse uy. Very poor service. May nilalagay pa kayong dahilan na incomplete address kaya failed to deliver. Anong incomplete address pinagsasabi nyo. Umayos kayo! Dapat kayo ang magbabayad ng parcel ko sa sobrang tagal nyo magdeliver
