Tell your riders to check the change. my change was short by 200. He gave the wrong amount of change. So much inconvenience!!! I can't contact him because there is no contact number indicated. Fix your work, this is frustrating !!

Include Contact information of Delivery agent upon tracking the document. Jonathan S. Ramos was the one mentioned in the Delivery Agent. Yet I did not received any texts or calls from that day.

I am very frustrated. The delivery guy was supposed to call me for a delivery, but he didn’t call me if he would deliver the item. Also, this is very disappointing; he goes to our house and delivers the item, but the item needs prior authorization for a third party receiving the item. Since I was not able to pick up the item because I am at work, my cousin wanted to get his number and his name, but he didn’t give it; he just walked away, and something like no one is talking to him. It’s really frustrating; I hope you can take action for this. We would like to cooperate with him, but he is not cooperating.

Naka indicate na sa order ko out for delivery na tapos tinawagn ko yung rider hindi raw kasama sa idideliver nya..

My item supposed to be delivered Dec 3. It’s been 9 days still have been delivered. Just stuck in Ninja Mandaue. Never again with Ninja. The worse delivery service!
