The delivery person was not responsive on my calls even in my sms on the scheduled date of delivery. He only went to the house without communicating to me and because only declared problematic. I have communicated again today and tried to contact J&T landline but to no avail.

Your riders should call or text the customers & not lying about customers rescheduling the delivery.

Binalik sa office kasi dw malaki ang parcel mula pankhapon hanggang ngayun dpa nh delever.snaa mgwan nang praan tong mga tamad na rider.
