Very poor, the rider did not deliver my parcel He just cancel it!! He also din not answering my call and he turned it off!!! WTF

Wala nila gna deliver, ga pa gusto lang inyu rider cancel sang amun parcel! Gina tawagan wala ga sabat, gn off pa ang phone!

J&T Boac Branch sent message regarding the delivery of my parcel on April 29, April 30, and May 1, 2024. I sent them reply messages but they never responded to my messages. I also called the contact numbers of the delivery men stated in their message but they always cancel my calls! What kind of couriers do you entrust our parcel with those attitude of delivery men?

The courier did not call but the reason of unsuccessful delivery is that they cannot call my contact number. I have all the messages and calls to them, they cancel my calls and never replies to my text messages.

try to go in location or adress I dictated in parcel..not just u can't contact u will mark uncessful delivery

Napakatagal maideliver ng parcel kulang nalang pick up in ng customer sa mismong hub. Out for delivery na nga di pa naideliver

They were not calling my contact number instead they were calling another number that was not mine. I had been waiting for my order for a long time. They should do their duties and responsibilities.
