Horrible customer service. According to the tracking, my parcel has now been in the delivery hub for 7 days and I'm still waiting for it!

Better send my order to jnt ,no body txtd me no cp # indicated on the deliver not like jnt there were cp # to the assigned rider not like spx express I hate this courier

if the parcel is in your warehouse more than 3 days, please delivery it know...KNJPH0242959805 this is the tracking number of my parcel...its has been arrive in marinduque last november 13, 2024 and it has not yet delivered....

This is by far the worst courier service —completely unreliable and excruciatingly slow. Deliveries are constantly delayed, and the riders are rude and unprofessional. When they fail to deliver, they have the nerve to shift the blame onto the buyers. If there were an option for zero stars, I would give them that without hesitation, as they truly deserve it. I honestly can't understand how this courier is still in business.
