From December 22 ,2023 cargo from San Juan batangas until now wala pa deliver pak inaman po walang komokontact na delivery man at wala man Lang matawagan pakideliver ngayon po o ireport KO kayo sa main paulit ulit Lang

Next time try to actually deliver the parcel instead of texting your customers telling them you will for 2 days but failed to do it. Your services are very disappointing

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE of your rider. Please take note of this rider's name and contact number: Cedrick Nicholas, +63 938 837 6655 assigned at Lapaz Hub. The problem is kapag sya yung assigned rider parati return to seller. It was happened not just once but twice, isang beses lng sya mgcall, then pag call back sa kanya hnd sumasagot hnd rin nagrereply. Then status was tagged Missed delivery, buyer reschedule. Please impose desciplinary action or sanction inorder for your riders to properly carry out thier duties. Thank You.

I suggest to carefully screen your riders because one of your riders named Ariel Bacus did not deliver my parcel yet but intentionally rescheduled it and marked as "customer asked to reschedule" well in fact that man never came not even his shadow. This kind of attitude must not be tolerated but restricted.
