It says that I was unreachable but the truth is the delivery man never really tried to get me..been waiting for my parcel for 1 week then he would only say that I was unreachable...LIAR

My parcel was tagged as delivered but I didn't received any of my order. It was two parcels and paid already. Should be a person who received the parcel as a poof of delivery and not just the receipt of delivery...how can we find out who was that person received my parcel? I really don't mind the refund.. I want my parcels to be delivered. How poor is your service, please contact the rider or provide his contact number so I will be the one to call him personally. I am really disappointed
