May parcel arrived 2 days ago at the Mambusao Capiz Hub, unfortunately it was not yet delivered to me as the rider refuse to deliver the parcel bcoz it's to bulky it is posted on the Lazada Out for delivery but nothing delivered. Expedite Delivery/Rider must be courteous in dealing with client.

Don't deliver the parcel right away...no updates.Dont deliver if the parcel are too few in some remote areas.Some rider ask tips which is illegal eventhough the parcels are already paid.Let the customer give heartfully no need to ask.
