Our parcel is taking too much time at the Legazpi Distribution Team!! As per LBC, their express services will take 7-10 days. Unfortunately, this is fake and misinformation. The parcel has arrived at the LEGAZPI BRANCH since 5 December 2024, and it is still sitting in their office! Customer service is WORST! No one answered the call! AND NO COMPLAINT TEAM AS WELL!! YOU WILL LOSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER DUE TO MISINFORMATION!

How can we contact the rider the number is always unattended he deliver the parcel to wrong person. The proof he send is not us.
