Kindly seminar more your riders or couriers don't fake deliveries. Give them load allowances so they can call or contact the receiver of the delivery. And please let them know that before puting a contact number make sure its working. It's keeps on ringing but no one's answering the call. The rider is not giving me infos about the delivery so I did tried calling him. Yet he's not answering his phone. For two days. Jnt Catarman Northern Samar.

The delivery was unsuccessful for twice having reason of unreachable recipient. I am all day at home this past few days and and I wonder if the delivery man really went here considering the failed attempt of delivery. Likewise, house here in this village is basically side by side, thus it is unbelievable not to leave it on our neighbor since the parcel was already paid. I hope for your better services. I just want my item and here is what happen.
