Super delay dispatch, 13 days na nasa delivery hub until today. No galaw/update. Parang walang rider/employee. Lagi delay deliveries, pinipilit pa mandatory or more matanggap nilang deliveries/order. Pero di naman gampanan ng maayos service.

I sent one of my package with the same address in other delivery company, and I'll never have experience in any delaying/pending of my package, you should call the number written in the information because the receiver is waiting for your call to receive the item in that day.
