Yesterday, August 26, 2025, I received a notification that my parcel was on its way to delivery. I waited until it was time for me to go to work and then called the courier at around 3:10 PM for an update. The courier informed me that he was still in another area and asked if I could send a message to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow, August 27, 2025. Understanding that the weather might make it difficult for him to deliver the parcel, I requested that it be delivered early in the morning. However, today, August 27th, I still have not received my parcel. There was a notification that the item would be delivered today, and I have been waiting until now. I tried contacting the assigned courier for updates, but there has been no answer to my calls or texts. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue with your service. I also contacted their customer service chat, but I was given some excuses that the parcel is already out for delivery, since yesterday. I am quite disappointed, especially since I took time off from work to wait for the parcel
