I called the delivery rider today and ask him when he can deliver the parcel but he told me they can not deliver because the parce is so big and ask me to go and pick up the parcel in theri office.. in that case thats not my problem anymore... i m paying the delivery chaege which is expensive and then you will ask me to pick up the parce in your office? For what i will pay the deivery charge worth 3000 plus if you will not deliver in my house?

My shipment got received by the buyer on Dec 26 the tracking still says it's been received at the branch not picked up the day current day is January 4 2025 where is the update when can I get my money

jrs is the most lame courier of all time. parcels are always delivered late, riders has so many excuses

Some of the riders assigned in TARA-TARA, SUGUIDAN NORTE, NAGUILIAN, LA UNION just make up excuses to in the shopee such as RECIPIENT NOT CONTACTABLE but in reality, they literally do not deliver the parcel and it's quite disappointing specially if the parcel is badly needed. I hope it will be reviewed and be given due response and action.
