Delivery rider Meynard Aures from Buraurn Leyte J & T hub did not deliver the item today instead he called me with his phone number 09126519415 at about 2:56 pm today informing me about the parcel which I replied him to deliver it today for I am available and waiting but Aures rescheduled it for tomorrow without informing me and his companion on the phone shouted bad words to me saying " Don't ever order again if you do not accept the delivery!" I was puzzled because ever since I haven't declined any parcel under my name, I have never refused any item I ordered, I always accept and paid my delivered parcel I want them to be sanctioned and tagged by the J & T management for laziness and conduct unbecoming to customer/client.

Lagi na lng hapon dinedeliver parcel ko..may nagdedeliver naman dito na spx dito sa umaga bakit hindi pa ipasabay yung mga naka address dito..wala pa contact # yung rider..

Please whenever you're trying to deliver the parcel at least please send a notification or text on the recipient. I'm just surprised that on the tracking order it says that I rescheduled the order when I did not. Another thing is that your delivery rider is not using his full name or did put his number so that I could be the one to approach him if he failed to do his task!
