delivery qnd shipment update is too slow

Shipment has been received at LA UNION DELIVERY TEAM last September 16, 2024 and it was out for delivery on September 17, 2024 but unfortunately, it courier tried to deliver my shipment but office was closed. We will re-deliver on the next business day. how come that our office is closed hindi po nag ko close ang police station at maghapon po akong nahintay kahapon until now September 18, 2024, hindi parin naideliver sa hindi ko alam na dahilan... kailan makakarating po sa akin ang aking package?

Parcel has arrived at your sorting facility SOC 5 last sept 15 pa. It is expected to be delivered last sept 16 or 17. Its already sept 18. and no delivery update yet.

The parcel in in the delivery hub but they dont attenpt to deliver it. It arrived alearly in the morning. Kindly re evaluate and re assess because i believe j&t are reliable courier service.
