I am from Iloilo City. Just today, 27 June, I got Shopee notification that my parcel will again be returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts -- on 25 and 26 June. This is NOT true. Yes, I received a text notification in the morning of the 26th; unfortunately, I was not able to take the call in the afternoon since I was facilitating a meeting. BUT there was NO delivery attempt on the 25th. If ever there was, I had no prior advice. I understand that after 2 failed delivery attempts, you return the parcels to sender as a policy. To note, SPX reported that on the 25th "delivery attempt was unsuccessful" due to "insufficient time for delivery". If, indeed, there was an attempt, I would like to believe you cannot count this against me. Please note further that the text message (0964 1919914) and the call (0946 7349411) came from different numbers. Thus, my assistant, who I requested to wait for a possible call for delivery, did not recognize the calling number. After the meeting, I tried to call and send a message to the calling number though. But there was no response. The delivery in question contains food supplements for me and my ailing ward. Missing them means missing the required daily dosages. That's how crucial your service is to us. This is the second time I experienced this poor service. The first time it happened, I decided to avoid your courier. I don't know how it happened, but I could not uncheck you on my Shoppee courier options, anymore. I wished to directly contact the SPX Hub in Lapaz, iloilo City BUT I cannot find the contact number. I was lucky to have come across this platform. I am not sure if the problem lies on your system or your riders. Either way, please do try to address it -- not only for the good of your company BUT for us, your clients, too. Salamat gid in advance for paying attention to this concern.
