The delivery is delayed by the rider. He was so rude. He did not attempt to deliver the parcel. He lied for the reasons. This is the worst carrier in Iligan City. The parcel is still not delivered, it's the 3rd day now. Maybe they will return it to the sender now. This is the worst carrier in Iligan City!
