Absolutely the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. In my 64 years, I have lived in many different parts of the world due to being a military service veteran. Egypt, Spain, Germany, Israel, the Azores to name just a few. Currently, I am in the Philippines and NinjaVan is the absolute worst delivery service ever. Their incompetence surpasses any other delivery service I have dealt with in 64 years. If you have an order that they will be handling, you should cancel the order and let the vendor know that you will not be placing anymore orders that might be delivered by NinjaVan. I saw a review on Reddit saying they were a den of thieves. I would have to agree. They either lost or stole my Maya Visa Card. I blocked the card to ensure no fraudulent charges were made against my Maya account. Their "customer service" sends you an automated email response that says they will contact you in a few hours. This is a lie, they will probably never contact you. You'd more likely get a straight answer from Tronald Dump. I wish I could give them zero stars, but that's not an option on this platform. They totally SUCK!

the update of is so slow especially when it arrived in Mindanao. no more update. We are expecting that the package will arrive on September 11, but it is already September 12 and the parcel hasn't arrived at Bukidnon LBC branch. up until now it is still en route to Cagayan distribution team.

not even replying to an email to confirm regarding where, when, how they will deliver the item. totally disregarded their duties. Not even thinking this agency is existing
