some hub has slow delivery I don't know why but it looks they opening because it stuck there for days,,Please be faster to deliver it next time

Arnel Polistico does not really delivering my parcel in my address. He just put "recipient uncontactable" even he does not contact me, or does not attempt to go at my home address. Please investigate this. He always say, "recipient is out of reach". Though, in reality am an always at home waiting for my parcel. Arnel Polistico is not doing his job. His wife is the one delivering the parcels instead. Two of my parcels last month have been returned, because he did not deliver it at home, in my address. He just put a comment that "recipient is out of reach". Arnel Polistico is a liar.

Arnel Polistico is not always delivering my parcel. He always say, Recipient is uncontactable. In reality he does not call or text or even goes to our house to deliver. I was banned in shoppee due to his negligence. Arnel Polistico is not doing his job. Instead he let his wife delivers the parcels. I am sad.
