my parcel is being stock in delivery hub and no update at all estimated delivery is 7-10 days but its been lbeing delayed over delayed it takes so long its now almost 7days late and when you track it its not moving i dont know if they lost it or what when you reach out nobody's helping with your concerns and just say we just need to wait till deliver . my concern is how long do we need to wait its now late and delayed you just want us to keep quit and not to panic when no one is updating if whre is our fuckin parcel is.

No update of the parcel being dispatched. Tracking number was not sent to the receiver. When called via telephone (Davao Branch-Gaisano Mall) nobody pick it up to answer the call.

Yesterday, August 26, 2025, I received a notification that my parcel was on its way to delivery. I waited until it was time for me to go to work and then called the courier at around 3:10 PM for an update. The courier informed me that he was still in another area and asked if I could send a message to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow, August 27, 2025. Understanding that the weather might make it difficult for him to deliver the parcel, I requested that it be delivered early in the morning. However, today, August 27th, I still have not received my parcel. There was a notification that the item would be delivered today, and I have been waiting until now. I tried contacting the assigned courier for updates, but there has been no answer to my calls or texts. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue with your service. I also contacted their customer service chat, but I was given some excuses that the parcel is already out for delivery, since yesterday. I am quite disappointed, especially since I took time off from work to wait for the parcel

No rider had arrived to the delivery address but in the system was tagged as delivery attempt was unsuccessful, recipient request reschedule delivery. It was in Spx Bohol.

Despite the correct address being clearly indicated on the parcel (an address that other J&T riders have successfully delivered to before), the assigned rider repeatedly marked the delivery as unsuccessful. I had already informed the rider in advance by sending a text message to leave the parcel with our school guard, where the payment was prepared, yet the rider failed to comply. Furthermore, the “proof of delivery” photo uploaded in your system is not my address, which strongly suggests that the rider never attempted to reach the correct location. This is misleading and causes inconvenience on my end. I respectfully request that J&T: 1. Investigate the rider assigned to this delivery. 2. Ensure the parcel is delivered correctly to my address or to our school guard as instructed. 3. Take action to prevent similar issues in the future.
