It’s been undelivered for 6 days now. No one called, it says incomplete address but I placed the correct address! I understand if they did not know how to get to my house, that’s why there’s a number to contact but no one contacted me. Up until now, my parcel is in the hub. It’s already paid and I’m worried it may get damaged by now already, or lost, or it might get returned to sender. I already paid it! There’s not even a customer support number I can contact to or a direct branch number.

Baka pwedeng ayusin nyo yung dispatch for daily delivery no? Para anupat naging express kung ilang araw ng pabalik balik sa hub nyo yung parcel.

my parcel wasn't delivered, it has been in dagupan branch from sept 19, I have been contacting their customer service but no one answers. poor service
