Nobody contacted us to let us know why our parcel is not being delivered what is the purpose of giving the number? when I track the parcel it stated that not delivered due to delivery coverage issues..whatever that issues maybe we have the right to know it...it almost 2 days that the status of our parcel..I hope today someone from LBC team will contact us..we are willing to coordinate.. Sorry for that rate..

after 1st attempt..the rider didnt even bother to attempt delivery the other day and cancelled my order..so disappointing
