JNT is the WORST!!!! My parcel is paid but they keep on tagging the item as OUT OF DELIVERY and then it will refreshed on the system as FAILED DELIVERY even if I DIDN'T receive any gext message or call from ANY OF THE RIDERS!!!!!!!!! This is so frustrating because I keep tracking my item on Tiktop App, I tried to call and reach out to the riders as well as JNT directly but NP RESPOND AT ALL!!!!! JNT also keep on ignoring my calls!!!!!!!!

The person in charge of the delivery did not deliver my parcel yesterday, although he contacted me and I was not in the house but I instructed him to deliver in a certain place. Not a good delivery.
