However, when I tried to track the package using your online system, the result showed “No record found.” I am very concerned that I may have been scammed, and I am hoping for your immediate assistance. Confirmation of whether this receipt came from your Dumaguete branch. Investigation of the staff involved if the transaction was not properly processed. Hindi na deliver ni rider yung parcel, ni-RTS niya but there is no action of cominh and delivering the item sa given address. I texted the rider but there is no reply or call from him. Highway lang ang bahay namin sa tapat ng school, pero nilagay niyang reason upon trackinh the parcel is BAD ADDRESS. Pls paki follow-up. Salamat
