My package from Germany last update August 22,2024..and until now no any update what's wrong? I know we have a bad weather here in the Philippines..but since August 22 don't have any update...?

Very poor service. I didn't receive my parcel since July 30th until now sept 17th 2024.Malaysia to Philippines I'm so disappointed. I pay a lot of money that document. Just like that. Didn't receive my parcel... So sad for this

the parcel is out for delivery as of 8 am this morning. But the parcel is not receive as of tonight at 8:59 pm.
