Rider didn't deliver my parcel door to door. This happened many times already. Tumatawag lagi yung rider na magpapasundo at ipapakuha yung parcel sa amin. Yung ibang rider tulad nang sa Flash express eh kusang ihahatid sa bahay namin. Hindi nya ihahatid sa bahay.

If there is a rider assigned for delivery, pls include his mobile #.. So if ever they cannot reach us, then we will be the one to contact him... Not that, when we track our parcel, we found out that it is unsuccesful because the owner is unreachable, where in fact, they don't even called or text...
