Despite the correct address being clearly indicated on the parcel (an address that other J&T riders have successfully delivered to before), the assigned rider repeatedly marked the delivery as unsuccessful. I had already informed the rider in advance by sending a text message to leave the parcel with our school guard, where the payment was prepared, yet the rider failed to comply. Furthermore, the “proof of delivery” photo uploaded in your system is not my address, which strongly suggests that the rider never attempted to reach the correct location. This is misleading and causes inconvenience on my end. I respectfully request that J&T: 1. Investigate the rider assigned to this delivery. 2. Ensure the parcel is delivered correctly to my address or to our school guard as instructed. 3. Take action to prevent similar issues in the future.
