shipped out on 29 Nov 2025 estimated delivery on 5 Dec 2025. from mnl to bcd. evening of the 6th at 8:30pm i received a text that a delivery attempt as made. was waiting since the day before (5th) and even contacted you about it on both the 5th and the 6th. (no delivery as of 11pm of the 6th, as i write) lots of excuses from the company's end, then make it seem it’s the customer’s fault . typical of greedy companies, want the income but not the work. in this day and age of up to 10 flights a day from mnl and ro-ro options, no excuse for things to take more than 3-4 days. “business days” or other stalling type excuses should have passed along with the nineties...

Kaning isa ka parcel nako december 1 pa naabot sa imelda, ug hantud karon petsa 4 nalang wala pa gihapon naabot diri sa olutanga mabuhay island zamboanga sibugay, naabtan nalang pod duha ka parcel gahapon naabot wala gihapon gipadala diri sa mabuhay, 3 nani sila nagtapok parcel nako naa sa imelda, palihog bi ipadala nana diri, dugay kaayo inyong delivery SPX gamitonon pa naman kaayo nako na nga parcel, salamat.

My package (passport) is from cebu which has been dispatched since Monday morning December 1. And tomorrow is December 4 already and i still haven’t received it from my home in Tagbilaran!!! If you don’t deliver my passport tomorrow i will report LBC for not following the timeline!!! Visayas to visayas should not be more than 4days!!!
