We send a package last Oct 8 from Rizal to Calamba but up to now the package did not deliver. Very poor service you have.

Please monitor your rider, forcing the costumer to pay addtional payment in every parcel he deliver, wha'ts more, we'eve already paid the item and so the delivery charge whenever we checkout.
