He didn't call me back and deliver my parcel. He told me.to.wait for his call but never call.althroughout the rest of the day. I call the rider but he rejected the call, why is that? It always happen like this. Please improve your service, you are making customer upset.

Hi! Good day! One of your delivery rider just rejected my parcel. He doesn't want to deliver it to the place where I asked him to deliver. He's name is John Rey Giducos from cabadbaran branch. My parcel cost 3500 pesos which is a laptop and was an important item for my job. Hope you pay attention and give action to this matter.

I need my documents right now but until now my package documents I can't get it ,why July 11 my package from Malaysia july11 is dispatch here in Philippines but until now I get it ,now Is July 17 the documents is needed right now todayyyy this is emergency documents right now ,but no one can answer my email or call.
