wala man lang update kung ano ng nangyare sa parcel ko kung nasaan na ba talga... yung nakalagay kapag itratrack ko late date padin nakalagay hindi mo alam kung nasaan na ba talaga banda. 23 pa in transit pero hanggang ngayon wala padin. sabi kahapon madaling araw pa on the way na sa isabela till now walang update

We would be much more happier if courier will deliver it at our residence. It is a great hassle going 5 Kms just to pick up the package. 2nd time happened.

Improve and consideration for early delivery or the customer asking date for products delivery before the estimate date. It happened because the products was expect to be needed on that time. So the customer, put date to be needed , well, it would be better to add small additional charge for early delivery to be fair.
