Hope Bacolod Bacolod will give update regarding the status of our parcel. It is indicated to your track & trace that my parcel was already transmitted in Bacolod branch but up to now they don't update us.

If you deliver the package of a person please contact or call the number given on the package. But in Tagoloan branch in misamis oriental did not attempt to call me for the package and they already know where I lived because the first delivery they didn't give my pacakage so they will re dilver today at 09/30/2025 but in the actual delivery they didn't deliver.

September 30, 2025 - The delivery guy from one of your LBC branches herein Calapan, Oriental Mindoro is absolutely rude thinking that he is in a National Government Agency (office). According to him his name is Jeric/Jerick but in the Notice of Delivery the courier's Name is John L. He is complaining that no one is answering when he called and texted my colleague. Well in fact, according to my colleague, that she did not receive any calls or text from him/LBC. That's one issue. The second issue here which is the most unsuitable one is that his tone when he is talking to my colleague is totally unprofessional. He exhibited an unsuitable behavior when there's a lot professional clients hearing him talking to my colleague with so much disrespect and hatred. We've been using LBC in transmitting our documents to different locations here in the Philippines, and this is the first time we have encountered such rude LBC Employee. Please do something about it and we will highly appreciate if this person will be reprimanded accordingly. Thank you.
