Ny package had been delayed for almost 1 week i sent message to the email and they didn't replied to me and help me with my concern i have been waiting for the package but it says on the tracking have delivery issues i paid enough then the service is trash it is a important documents

The delivery is saying undeliverable even though they have delivered in the past Amazon is losing money as well as customers for this shipping company being lazy.

Wow horrible service,,very late ,,several weeks and one item missing from the package,,this is the second and last time I'll use ninja van,,first time got the parcel, a month and a half late and the product was ruined, I find LBC, to be the best delivery service in negros oriental
