Nagbayad ako ng parcel noong Sept. 20 from Dubai ng express pr 2 to 8 days makukuha n ng bata ung mga gagamitin nia s school until now wl p din ung parcel, wl ding sumasagot s email ko, anyone have the courtesy to reply on my email! This is not acceptable and unprofessional!

1. CONTACT DETAILS PROVIDED ON THE INTERNET IS INCORRECT! 2. IMUS POST OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE TO SAY THAT I GOT THEIR CONTACT DETAILS FORM PHLPOST AND THEIR FB MESSENGER 3. SO HOW DO I CONTACT THEM?! I HAVE AN ISSUE THAT WONT RESOLVE ITSELF

Very poor service. I didn't receive my parcel since July 30th until now sept 17th 2024.Malaysia to Philippines I'm so disappointed. I pay a lot of money that document. Just like that. Didn't receive my parcel... So sad for this
