I need my documents right now but until now my package documents I can't get it ,why July 11 my package from Malaysia july11 is dispatch here in Philippines but until now I get it ,now Is July 17 the documents is needed right now todayyyy this is emergency documents right now ,but no one can answer my email or call. I hope this company or agency is fast because I wait for how many days to get my package and this is so important documents but this agency or branch is so slowly and I call this branches for concerned, I do 5 calls and one answered call, what's the hll, hopefully you understand this problem, 11 days dispatch here in Philippines but july11 is dispatch here but until now July 17 I can't get my documents.

We would be much more happier if courier will deliver it at our residence. It is a great hassle going 5 Kms just to pick up the package. 2nd time happened.
