Delayed wrong zip code given by USA postal service did not deliver, tried to follow instructions in text to me but site did not open four time so I sent the correct address and zip code in return text. Will I need to do anything else. Can I pick up at Parkmall postal

Super super DELAYED!!! It was processed Oct 29th and until now, I haven't received my Postal ID. Couldn't get an update and couldn't contact any of the telephone and mobile numbers listed on the website.

My mail is still not delivered to me. It was in delivery office since November 8 and until now, they failed it to deliver to me! I went to their office in PHILPOST TUY BRANCH but no one is there, it was tuesday around 1pm. I dont know how to contact them. Please be considerate with your customers.
