Very poor service, it's been 2 years and I still haven't got my original copy of my National ID. I only got my temporary but it's still useless because some of the online services won't accept temporary copies and would only accept the original one. This is one of the reasons why the Philippines is the most slow country. It's like the most easy task, if you would only distribute those ID's in an organized manner then there would no problems at all
