Parcel not yet delivered after 20 days. Ang bilis nagship ng USPS pero Philpost sobrang bagal. No calls from them, no updates, hard to find contact number from local philpost offices kaya di makapag communicate ng tama. Kung di ko pa chineck araw araw sa tracking d ko malalaman kung nasaan na o kung sinubukan na ba ideliver

I’ve been waiting for a parcel sent to me since August 30, and it’s now October with no sign of it. PhilPost’s system is not updated, and they haven’t responded to any of my emails. This lack of communication and service is incredibly unprofessional. Very frustrating experience!
