sobrang hassle at tagal ng shipment. tapos wala pang pd tawagan para humingi ng update ilang beses ako bumabalik until now wala pa din progress .

I paid for an express mail but until now, I haven't received my mail sent last June 7. Worst, you don't update your tracking system. It keeps showing the same information from the day my mail was posted.
