So poor, i paid for fast delivery and it said it only takes two weeks, yet it's already been a month and the parcel are still in the Philippines, the document that i sent is badly needed, so poor... if i know this would happen i would have use LBC express..

If ever they can send thru email if the National Id was available, I just using the temporary id
