Almost 3 months na hindi pa rin dumating ang package and i checked the status not found .maayos dumating jan sa Pilipinas ang package .ang package ko is galing germany .ng dumating jan not found na.why?

Until today, Aug. 31, 2023 I haven’t received my parcel that arrived in the provincial office last Aug. 11,2023. Even a single notification that’s it is there was not given to me. leaving me no idea when it’ll be arriving or should i pick it up by myself
