It still need to improvement on the services coz until now the parcel im waiting until now i did not recieve it, they send me the docs from overseas March 4 until now the parcel is still in San Pablo branch. I check and call manila philpost and they told me my parcelis already in san pablo laguna philpost, im from batangas i try to cantact San Pablo philpost but the number they give me is not working too

No notifications text or calls receive if the parcel/package is out for delivery, i have my home address with house number zip code but not deliver. Pick up my package from where? LBC and other courier easily to find where my address they send text or calls that my parcel is on the way delivery. FYI Ive been tracking this package after valentines day and zero results.
