Poor customer service! You cannot even talk to someone regarding your concern immediately. My packages from them are always RTS since they don’t call, they lie that they attempted to deliver or they won’t give the package to someone at home even if family members. What kind of courier are you?

pakideliver na po yung parcel ko dito sa Polomolok, South Cotabato, naka ilang text na po kayo sa akin na delivery attempt, pero wala namang entrego na dumadating, importante po yung parcel na hinihintay ko ilang days na po ang lumilipas...
