My parcel is always in attempt then immediately failed delivery until it was returned to sender. Very disappointing couz my address is just in the main road and it is exact address easy to find. I really think that your staff are NOT making the right effort to deliver the package or your system is failing.

Worst than worst! Second delivery attempt of my package today after it was sent by sender for the second time (item was RTS after three failed delivery attempts) . Anybody here who has the contact details of their Iloilo Office?

Poor customer service! You cannot even talk to someone regarding your concern immediately. My packages from them are always RTS since they don’t call, they lie that they attempted to deliver or they won’t give the package to someone at home even if family members. What kind of courier are you?

pakideliver na po yung parcel ko dito sa Polomolok, South Cotabato, naka ilang text na po kayo sa akin na delivery attempt, pero wala namang entrego na dumadating, importante po yung parcel na hinihintay ko ilang days na po ang lumilipas...
