Long post/rant ahead... My parcel has been in the delivery hub since Sep 23, 2023. I already sent a follow-up email to their customer service and only got unlimited empathy replies. After 5 attempts of responding, I stopped since even if they empathized and promised to work on my pending issue when I checked their tracker, it remains unresolved as of writing. I have 2 pending parcels from them, both from the same bank. In this new digital age when every service should adapt and be at par with its competitors, ENTREGO IS SIMPLY STILL LIVING IN THE STONE AGE. How they handle their people/employees to provide the proper service (not even at the excellent level), how they respond to the queries and complaints of their customers, and how negligent they are of their commitment is simply APPALLING!! Entrego means to deliver, express means fast, and a policy of 3-5 business days delivery within Metro Manila is a promise and a commitment to customers, not only to the sender but most especially to the receiver. Saying you will track my package after 3 emails and still got no update or result is no longer acceptable.
