2nd attempt na yet no call from any rider then mag text na lang na failed ang delivery! Sana naman ayusin nyo service nyo. Importante pa naman ang parcel!

as of October 28 tracking answers my parcel is already at the delivery hub but until now Nov 2 i have nt received it yet. is the tracking facility of entrego defective or dtsfunctional it doesnt move the date.

dapat inform niyo yung tao kung yearly ba yung delivery niyo, hindi yung sabihin niyo madeliver today tapos mag-aantay kami ng sobrang tagal.

I've been waiting for my parcel since Tuesday. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday but hindi na deliver. Ni isang call from the rider wala tapos e tag lang as delivery attempt failed? Potangina. Kahit ang customer service nila nakakainis din. Hindi nag rereply.

7:00 in the evening I received a message with regards to my parcel. It said that delivery was failed due to lack of address. What the f... and I indicated the exact address!! Like hello, sending late notices about the delivery is not acceptable and then your going to mark it as delivery attempt failed.

IMPROVEMENT OF YOUR SERVICES; YOU DELIVER SO SLOWLY, AND THERE IS NO PHONE CALL FROM THE RIDER. IMPROVE AS WELL, THE TRACKER IS NOT REAL TIME.
