What’s your phone #? Why can’t I find a # to reach you with? Even your drivers that will deliver our packages doesn’t have a contact # to be reach.

At least contact the receiver prior to deliver, rider or delivery man does not contact receiver. We the receiver has no information of person who will deliver at least name and contact number, incase receiver is not on stated address of the receiver.

Usually company has contact numbers, u do have this but its not even working or right. My package is already said attempted delivery and failed, twice! And I didnt even receive any call from the delivery guy. Just poor service.
