Delivery not received with no phone call by delivery personnel . If they had called us he would have been told new delivery address.

No contacts from the delivery rider but I was shock when I received the update from Entrego that CUSTOMER UNKNOWN. May I request to the government to please cancel the business permit of this delivery service

Entrego inform me on May 15, 2023 that i had a package for delivery to me & i was at home. next message i received was the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. i have given my contact number but no call from them came thru. payment was made thru GCash with DELIVERY. the message you relayed to your client is very.disgusting. you better reorganize/dissolve your delivery/dispatch team or dissolve the entire business for giving an ugly service to your customers
