Tried to call the rider RAYME BOISER but unattended never tried to attempt to deliver the parcel. When I checked the tracking twice unsuccessful with no attempt at all

I just wonder? Ginadeliver jud ninyu sa exact add ang parcel? @Entrgo DAVAO branch? Ginanonitor man gud naku ang location saku parcel thru your site.., cge ramn mog delivery attemp failed..,. Naghinulat ko pila ka days,,wa may delivery naabot.. asa diay ninyu gideliver.. Another problem is that wala moy contct number pra mapangutan.an namu.. VERY POOR ang serbisyo man..
