Useless agency/company, mga tamad mag deliver! Address not found mga dahilan. 2weeks na nakalipas wala pa din yung parcel.

Do inform us when its out for delivery already, not automatically tag it as failed when no call has been even made. Seem like you are lazy to deliver the items to automatically tag parcels without the actual attempt so it would be the fault of the receiver not on your end.

Please contact us when already for delivery. You automatically tag the delivwry as failed without evwn trying to contact us.
