NOVEMBER 23 1ST ATTEMPT I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THE RIDER SAYING THAT HE'S ON HIS WAY TO DELIVER MY PARCEL. MY SISTER WAITING TO OUR HOUSE FOR MY PARCEL BUT IT DID'NT DELIVER THAT DAY. I CHECKED MY TRACKER AND IT'S ALREADY TAGGED AS DELIVERY FAILED AND WILL BE DELIVERED IN NEXT WORK DAYS. NOV. 27 STILL NO UPDATE TO MY PARCEL I CALL THE RIDER THAT TEXTED ME THAT DAY HE ANSWERED AND HE SAID THAT " NAGTANONG TANONG PO AKO DON HINDI KO PO TALAGA MAKITA" BUT OUR HOUSE IS JUST STRAIGHT AHEAD FROM THE LANDMARK. SOBRANG DALING HANAPIN NG BAHAY NAMIN AND YET DI NAIDELIVER. MY PARCEL IS SO IMPORTANT. POOR SERVICE SUPER.

Worst Courier Ever!! Parcel has been in the delivery hub for 5 days now and still has no update. Do not ever use this!

So poor, always saying unsuccessful delivery attempt, though they never tried messaging/ calling before delivery so clear instructions will be made.
