I have the unfortunate experience with this courier, I requested docs from PSA which to be fair was delivered on time but the issue is I was ask to pay an additional 126 pesos because his explanation was they are a third party courier, I didn't have much choice so I paid as I needed the documents, when I checked the plastic envelope the information under payment method was blacked out with a pen but I was able to remove and it clearly says No Payment and I also checked the PSA website and the amount I paid to them already includes the courier fee.

Hindi po maganda ang serbisyo ng ENTREGO. Sinasayang lang ng kompanya ni ENTREGO ang mga pera ng mga kliyenre. Mas maganda pa ang 2GO na magde-deliver kasi tinatawagan nila ang receiver ng parcels. Itong si ENTREGO kabagu-bago pa lang, ang dami nang kapalpakan na mga serbisyo.😡🤬😠 Shoutout po sa PSA, magpalitbna po kayo ng courier. Pwede naman po si 2GO o kaya si LBC.

Poor services. I was waiting for the parcel to be delos today and I was tracking it, how come at around 5pm you texted me that it was unsuccessful? Nobody called or texted me,I badly needed my parcel. Shame on you

Your message indicates, has reached maximum delivery attempts but not once you tried to deliver it, I been always at my address but no calls or text and no attempt has been made. what kind of delivery courier are you. you're scam.....
