poor delivery service. my parcel wasn't delivered, been waiting for 3days for it to be delivered and yet they claim it was an unsuccessful delivery so they're returning it back to the sender. ive been contacting the riders and they were not responding to me, i tried calling too and its not ringing.

This is my second attempt to get my parcel from this company..and yet..my parcel was not delivered on time...delivery man is not replying..not showing and reporting to your office that nobody in the house or unknown congsinee.

You Rider Cannot Identify Simple mailing adress and have landmarks in the adress my adress is in highway Area. .. and i traced the status is undelivered Reason -RTS. Ang ka tamaran ya mag dul ong bisan panawag kag Text sakon wala pal pak rider nyo 09102575738.

Hindi na deliver ni rider yung parcel, ni-RTS niya but there is no action of cominh and delivering the item sa given address. I texted the rider but there is no reply or call from him. Highway lang ang bahay namin sa tapat ng school, pero nilagay niyang reason upon trackinh the parcel is BAD ADDRESS. Pls paki follow-up. Salamat
